• <br /> 287 <br /> July 15,1992 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to <br /> order at 7:00 p.m.,July 15, 1992,in the City Council Chambers <br /> of the Everett City Hall, President Gipson presiding. Upon <br /> roll call it as found that Mayor Kinch and all councilmen were <br /> present except Councilman.Diamond who was excused. <br /> Brent Palmer of Clackamas Oregon,grandson of Councilman Moser, <br /> led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the July 8, 1992, City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR'S COMMENTS <br /> EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH <br /> Mayor Kinch introduced Tim B[ytlpes ! the Parks Department as <br /> the Employee oP tM1e Month!ar July,1992. <br /> PARKING REVIEW COMMITTEE <br /> Mayor Kinch asked for of the appointment of Scott <br /> C Bader, representing the Traffic concurrence Advisory Board, to the Parking <br /> Review Committee. <br /> Moved by Councilman Anderson, s onded by Councilman Pope to <br /> with the appointment of Srvtt Bader to the Parking <br /> Review Committee. <br /> Rollcalletl with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilman Diamond wo was excus <br /> Motion carried. <br /> MUSEUM ADVISORY BOARD <br /> Mayor Kinch asked fox concurrence <br /> of the appointments of Larry <br /> O'Donnell and Helen Sievers to serve as alternates on the <br /> Museum Advisory Board. <br /> Moved by Councilman Overstreet,seconded by Councilman Moser to <br /> with the Mayor's appointment or Lary O'Donnell and <br /> Helen Sievers ae alternates on the Museum Advisory Board. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilman Diamond who was excused. <br /> CNotion carried. <br />
