City <br /> Attorney Weight stated that petitions for signatures could be <br /> located in open areas; such as, streets, sidewalks and parks. <br /> Interiors of public buildings ere not authorised areas. <br /> Councilman Overstreet requested this response in•writing. <br /> In regards to President Gipson's concern regarding more control <br /> over subcontractors working on City projects, City Attorney <br /> Mike Weight recommended that during the bid process a list of <br /> subcontractors be provided with the bid. If the contractor <br /> wishes to change a subcontractor it would have to be approved <br />
