He would like council to do something se he can record <br /> these plats. He further explained that the two outstanding <br /> issues as a garage that needs to be torn down;and signing a <br /> agreement with the City not fo appeal conditions that were <br /> pieced upon him. <br /> Bob fondles, Planning, for the record indicated that Mr. Foss <br /> s informed about the need for the garage to be torn down o <br /> brought to code and that a building Inspector was <br /> sent out to <br /> view the garage.
