Bob fondles, Planning, for the record indicated that Mr. Foss s informed about the need for the garage to be torn down o brought to code and that a building Inspector was sent out to view the garage. It is the request for subdivisionthat makes the garage-a code problem. Assistant Attorney Jim Iles suggested that aw ant could be attached to the property not allowing buildingpermits to be issued; however, Bob Landles pointed out that tnere would be no assurance of time as far as the garage not meeting code.
