Planning Staff recommends that <br /> Council review the record.and approve a motion to deny the <br /> appeal of the Lend Use Hearing Exananer's decision to grant the <br /> Special Property Use permit and variance for U.S.West. <br /> Maxine Welly-Weatherton, the Appellant, expressed her concerns <br /> with the inconsistencies with the goals and policies of the <br /> Everett'general-Plan and felt that the zoning criteria has been <br /> erroneously interpreted. <br /> John Hunt, representing US West, reviewed the purpose and the <br /> need for the project.
