This decision was <br /> appealed op September 23 by Maxine Welly-Weatherton. <br /> President Gipson stated that this is a public meeting to <br /> consider the appeal of the Hearing Examiner's decision <br /> ming the granting of a special property u e permit and <br /> arlance to u5 West. Council hoe ma ugly ruletl on the SEPA <br /> appeal concerning this project. The matter before Council now <br /> involves oaodifferent poltloni of the pexmttting process for the <br /> US West proposal,the granting oP a pedal property use permit <br /> and variance.
