This policy was <br /> adopted <br /> aDecember'27, 1989, to act as a stop-gap measure <br /> while <br /> the City developed a permanent traffic mitigation ordinance. <br /> The interim policy expires on December 31, 1992, unless <br /> extended. The proposed amendment would'e£tend the interim <br /> traffic policy until December 31,1993. <br />
