No <br /> one responded. <br /> Moved by Councilman Pope, seconded by Councilman Campbell to <br /> close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was celled with all councilmen voting yes except President <br /> Gipson who was excused. <br /> Notion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL 9211-63 <br /> FINAL READING: <br /> 0 <br /> AN ORDINANCE extending the interim traffic mitigation <br /> policy and providing an exemption far the core area by <br /> amending Ordinance No.1670-89 and 1833-91. <br /> Moved by Councilmen Pope, seconded by Councilmen Moser that <br /> this is declared to be the final reading of Council Bill No. <br /> 9211-63 and the City Clerk is directed 00 0011 the roll for the <br /> final disposition of the ordinance. <br /> AYES.
