The remaining technical standards are City staff <br /> requirements. <br /> Councilmember Simpson had questions regarding the security bond requiremrnt <br /> and Lots 21 and 22 as set aside parcels. <br /> John Kagan,special counsel for the City,explained that the City will get <br /> parcels 45A,B and C.The set aside parcels pans 21 and 22)valued at$3.4 <br /> million and or security bond are to insure that if the City does not receive the <br /> propem in a condition that it can be developed then they can sell the set aside <br /> parcels and proceed with the property preparation. <br /> Mayor Hansen stated that staff concluded that the set aside parcels 21 and 22 as <br /> potential security to the city were more advantageous than other parcels. <br /> Councilmember Simpson questioned if lots 42 end 43 could be included in the <br /> proposed park property. <br /> CAA tangos responded that the City did request that;however,CSR <br /> Associated just couldn't give the City any more land. <br /> SI <br /> 1 <br />
