He <br /> stated that the is a revision in favor of more public amenities. The concerns <br /> have been addressed to the bat of sates ability. <br /> Bob Cooper,spoke as a parent and said that the City needs baseball fields <br /> desperately and should move forward quickly. <br /> Robert Elliott,1323 55"Scat SW,questioned if the 64 acre donation was at <br /> the expense of a decreased buffer along Merrill Creek Parkway. <br /> Gary Doughty,Planning,answered that the required landscape set back will <br /> remain at 30 fat and there will be no change in buffer requirements. <br />
