February 9,2000 <br /> WORKSHOP-GIFT TO CITY <br /> Thanks were given to the many people Rat made the CSR-Associated/City <br /> partnership for the recreation/ball field project in Southwest Everett possible. <br /> Neil Evan,Vice President of CSR-Associated.was recognized for his <br /> involvement as was City Staff and many others. <br /> Ryan Sass,Parks project manager,outlined the current development proposal. <br /> Pham I will begin immediately and will include four ball fields,parking, <br /> landscaping,restrooms and concession on 13 acres. It is projected to be <br /> completed at the end of this construction season and still be ready for play next <br /> season. Phase E will include development of 22 acres and Phase m will <br /> complete an additional 20 acres. <br /> Mayor Hansen introduced Phil Johnson,former owner of Millstone Coffee, <br /> who stated that it was a great pleasure for him to donate$2 million to the City <br /> of Everett to make possible the construction of baseball fields. <br /> Thanks ata congrandatiom were extended. <br /> The City Council mceting reconvened and adjourned at 11:30 a.m. <br /> ,.v0:14 <br /> ty Clerk <br /> Read and approved as printed.
