April 26,2600 <br /> The memorial will honor the memory of those who have died N job related <br /> accidents in Snohomish County.The City of Everett is dedicated to an ongoing <br /> effort to improve workplace safety,safety standards and enforcement. <br /> UPDATE-FILL ON SIMPSON PROPERTY <br /> Larry Crawford,Public Works,reposed to the City Council Out 25.000 yards <br /> of native fill dirt is available for the Simpson site ata coat less Oren Sl per yard <br /> to the City.The necessary permits have been obtained and starting tomorrow <br /> the fill dirt will start arriving on the site.The neighborhood will be informed. <br /> Councilmembers Simpson and Gipson raised a question wrcerving possible <br /> contantinants in the fill.Mr.Crawford answered Out the dirt is native material <br /> from an HOT project in South Everett. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> Mark Soive,City Anorney,requested an executive session regarding two <br /> litigation matters.
