May 24,2000 <br /> T.That adequate notification has been given and opportunity provided for <br /> public input,and that continued public input will be provided through the <br /> shoreline permit process;and <br /> 8.That the location of the proposed pedestrian bridge depicted in the site plan <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit A is conceptual in nature at this time and could <br /> change as a result of engineering,environmental,or other factors;and <br /> 9.That the salmon habitat res ton and pedestrian bridge project k <br /> consistent with all of the ALEA program objectives as stated on page 2 of <br /> the ALEA 2000 Grant Application Booklet. <br /> Roll was called with all couocilmembers voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION—B10901.11)5 <br /> Moved by Cotn cilmmber Warnock,seconded by Councilmember Simpson <br /> to adopt Resolution No.4911 authorizing the spreading of binsalids by Ram <br /> Enterprises of Marysville,Washington as follows: <br /> WHEREAS,on April 26,2000,the Everett City Counc0 authorized the Mayor <br /> to sign a memorandum of agreement with King County for Everett to use King <br /> County owned forestry biosolidn application equipment;and <br /> WHEREAS,the memorandum of agreement stipulates that all equipment will be <br /> maintained and operated by Ram Enterprises per the contractual agreement <br /> btween King County and Ram Enterprises;and <br /> WHEREAS,Ram Enterprises is the only contractor in this region who has <br /> access to the specialized equipment necessary to negotiate forest skid trails <br /> while fully loaded without severely damaging Ne site while evenly distributing <br /> a semi-solid material across the site;and <br />
