May 24,2000 <br /> Gail Chism,4601 S.4",questioned why the cover sheet states that there is"0" <br /> expenditure required when the right-of-way agreement states that the City shall <br /> pry 5323,000 for construction ensu. <br /> Craig Fullerton,Real Property,stated that the omission of the$325,000 on the <br /> cover sheet was an oversight by the staff. <br /> Roll was called with all coancilnmbem voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> REPLAT-2614100^'STREET <br /> Moved by C45054member Simpson,seconded by Councilmember Anderson <br /> to approve the re.plat of Lot 2,Subdivision 199-003,Eisenhower Annex, <br /> located at 2614 lO Street. <br /> The applicant,IoM Iak1uN,is requesting foal plat approval of a re-plat of 1,01 <br /> 2 of the subdivision of Eisenhower Court. Eisenhower Court is a 27-Id <br /> subdivision that was approved by the City on April 14,1993.Loa I end 2 of <br /> this subdivision were large enough to be further subdivided. <br /> CounoihnmNer Warnock questioned whether any water retention facilities will <br /> be incorporated into this re-plat. <br /> Don Woods,Planning,stated that water retention was pmt of the original plat <br /> and that further subdivision was anticipated and provided for at that time. <br /> Roll was called with all courailmembers voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
