Provided, <br /> however,the City Council would like to know the County's indentions for <br /> addressing eCC 'a long range off-campus solutions and opli00ia for peso <br /> prior City approval of any clmngea' the City's <br /> proportionality standards. <br /> The City's Planning Commission will review the City's zoning regulations as <br /> they relate to the following:appropriate modifications to the P120 Zone and <br /> complementary implementing provisions so as to authorize the PDO's <br /> implementation through a development agreement:the proportionality standard <br /> for Pre-adjudication jail fkciluies within the area delrcd above;and other <br /> • <br /> appropriate City regulations to provide for the approval of a Snohomish County <br /> master plan to be implemented by a development agreement, <br /> • <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT THE EVERETT CITY COUNCIL <br /> concurs with the County Executive's recommendations that the Canny work in <br /> cooperation with the City and private sector downtown Everett business <br /> interests to develop and complete a comprehensive parking solution that benefits <br /> all and that the County,City,Downtown Everett Association,Economic <br /> Development Council and others work together to develop and implement an <br /> aggressive redevelopment plan for private sector occupancy or redevelopment of <br /> the approximately 185,000 square feet of commercial leased office space which <br /> the County will vacate in the 2004-2005 rime Name. <br /> Roll was called with all couneilmembem voting yea. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
