Hansen to make formal application to IAC for hording assistance in cooperation with the Port of Evereett. 8.That any bud assistance rercivad is used for the development of pedestrian over crossings and public armee to the waterfront. 9.That Cityof Everem Parka sad Recreation wicipates its share of the project loading will be derivedfrom general fording. 10.That City of Everett Parka and Recreation,along with the Port of Everett acknowledges that they must support all no0Yash comitants to the local share should they not materialize. 11.That City of Everett Parks and Recreation mkrmwledges that any property acquits or facility developed with IAC financial aid must be placed in use as an outdoor rareation facility or habitat conservation area. City of Everett Parka and Rmreation acknowledges that the property be retained in such use in perpetuity,unless otherwise provided and agreed to by City of Everett Parks and Recreation.LkC,and any affected Federal agency. 12.That this revolution becomes part of a formal grant application to IAC. 13.That the City of Everett Parks and Recreation provided appropriate opportunity for public comment on this application. 10.That the Council supporta the City's pursuit of grant funding to help build the proposed waterfront public amus.
