July 26,2000 <br /> AYES: Simpson,Warnock,Campbell,Pope,Overstreet <br /> NAYS: Nam <br /> EXCUSED:Anderson,Gipson <br /> Ordinance No.246900 adopted, <br /> PUBLIC HEARING-ANNEXATION/AIRPORT ROAD <br /> [Resident Campbell opened a public hearing regarding Council Bill No.0007- <br /> 30,a proposed ordinance establishing zoning for the annexation area rut of <br /> Airport Road,west of Highway 99 and south of Casino Road. <br /> President Campbell invited public comment. <br /> Dave Koenig,Planning,gave a brief slide presentation showing the annexation <br /> area and the proposed changes from Snohomish County zoning to City of <br /> Everett sating. <br /> CouMRmember Warnock questioned how permit for projects within die <br /> rtenty being processed by Snohomish County,will Be <br /> handled aflu the annexation. <br /> Dave Koenig explained that the interlocal agreement with Snohomish County <br /> will allow the County to continue to process applications which were submitted <br /> before the annexation is complete. <br /> Barbara Kricjanson,11008 Paine Field Way,spoke in opposition to the <br /> proposed stoning change from single to multiple family for her neighborhood. <br /> Bob Bacon,14311 Kenwada Drive,Snohomish,a property owner at 10621 <br /> Holly Drive,stated that he is against the annexation. <br /> Sum Wsgdahl,10213 73'Avenue W,requested clarification on the four acre <br /> minimum required within an MAf vane. <br /> 328 <br />
