August z,2000 • <br /> Roll was called with all councilmembers young yes except Councilmembers <br /> Gipson and Anderson who abstained from the vole. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Councilmember Pope questioned the proposed setback revision referred to in <br /> Planning Commission Remladon No.CO-3,from 50'm 25',for MM zoning <br /> which abuts residential areas.. <br /> Councilmember Warnock requested that the Planning staff consider a <br /> requirement for landscape buffers between single family residential zones and <br /> MM zones when they review the zoning codes. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.0007-30 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett <br /> as provided by Ordinance No.1671-19 es amended(Title 19,EMC) <br /> to encompass an area east of Airport Road,west of HWY 99 and <br /> south of Casino Road. <br /> Moved by Councilmember Overstreet,seconded by Councilmember Warnock <br /> that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No.0007- <br /> 30. <br /> Councilmember Warnock introduced a resolution that would amend Council Bill <br /> No.0007-30. <br /> Moved by Councilmember Warnock, seconded by Councilmember <br /> Overstreet to amend Council Bill No.000730 by adopting Resolution No. <br /> 4938 requesting that the Planning Commission review the Comprehensive <br /> Plan and amend the Land Use map designation for an area of the Airport <br /> Read annexation which in currently single family in the Snohomish County <br /> Comprehensive Plan as follows: <br /> 118 <br />
