August 23,2000 <br /> RESOLUTION-ABATEMENT/1200 BLOCK OF 23"STREET <br /> Moved by Cooudlmember Pope,seconded by Couoeilmember Warnock to <br /> adopt Resolution No.4946 confirming expenses incurred by the City of <br /> Everett while performing abatements of violations, and authorizing <br /> placement of a lien in the amount of 52,680.43 against the property known <br /> as Parcel No.4391 483 017 01 07. <br /> Moved by Councilmember Warnock,sanded by Councilmember Pope to <br /> amend the motion to add"with interest as provided by law"to the last <br /> sentence of the proposed resolution. <br /> Roll was called on the amendment with all couucilmembers voting yes except <br /> Councilmember Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Roll was called with all rounoimembers voting yes except Councilmember <br /> Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Resolution No.4946 is as follows: <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett Department of Code Compliance performed <br /> inspections at the 1200 Block of 23'Street("the subject property"),the legal <br /> description of which is as follows: <br /> EVERETT PLAT OF BLK 483 P01-W 45 FT OF LOTS 17&18 <br /> and found that conditions existed that were is violation of the Everett Municipal <br /> Code;and <br />
