August A 2000 <br /> specifically and the Central Puget Sound in general In terms of state <br /> transportation investments. <br /> Moved by Caunulmemher Warnock,seconded by Couoeilmember Gipson <br /> to amend the motion to add"including Island County"under the tenth <br /> whereas,following the sentence which ends"by the Central Passer Sound <br /> from 1495." <br /> Couocilmember Overstreet remarked that the proposed verbiage makes sense as <br /> long as it doesn't alter the validity of any dollar amounts. <br /> Mayor Hansen expressed concern regarding the placement of the verbiage in <br /> this particular paragraph. <br /> Moved by CouaaBmember Anderson,seconded by Councilmmber Simluon <br /> to table this item to the August 30,2000 City Council meoeleg. <br /> Roll was called with all comcilmembers voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT-EVERETT STATION/PACIFIC AVENUE OVERPASS <br /> PROJECTS <br /> Moved by Councilmember Anderson,seconded by Couacilmmber Simpson <br /> to authorize the Mayor to sign the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Right of <br /> Entry and Release of Claim and Indemnity Agreement for the Everett <br /> Station and Pacific Avenue Overpass projects. <br /> The Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad(BNSF)will be donating a parcel of <br /> land for the Everett Station and Pacific Avenue Overpass projects.BNSF and <br /> the City of Everea are still negotiating the term and conditions of the donation <br /> agreement. In order to proceed with construction of both projects and avoid <br /> construction delays,BNSF has granted the City of Everett a"right of entry"for <br /> the parcel to be donated. <br />
