September 13,2000 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council War called to order at 8:30 <br /> an,.,September 13,2000,In the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,President Campbell presiding. Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Hansen and Councilmembers Anderson,Simpson,Warnock,Gipson,Campbell, <br /> Pope and Overstreet were present. <br /> Councilmember Pope led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the September 6,2000 City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed.Councihrcmbers Campbell and Pope abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> APPOINTMENTS <br /> Mayor Hansen requested the City Council's concurrence regarding the <br /> reappointments of Mildred Doty and Dorothy Shipley to the Senior Center <br /> Advisory Board. <br /> Moved by Couorlimember Simpson,seconded by Cau0rllmember Warnock <br /> to concur with the following reappointments: <br /> Mildred Doty to Position#8,Senior Center Advisory Board,for a <br /> six-year term,beginning January 1,2001 and ending December 31, <br /> 2006. <br /> Dorothy Shipley to Position#9,Senior Center Advisory Board,for a <br /> sla-year term,beginning January 1,2001 and ending December 31, <br /> 2006. <br /> Roll was called with all councihnembers voting yes. <br /> Motion carred. <br /> 3 _ <br /> 398 <br />
