October IS,2000 <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Couacilmember Anderson reported that he attended the Monte Cristo Awards on <br /> Thursday and congratulated the award winners. <br /> Councllmember Overstreet introduced Dale Moses,Project Manager for <br /> Snohomish County's Campus Redevelopment Initiative,who provided a display <br /> board showing Snohomish County's proposed building plans for their Everett <br /> campus. <br /> Couacilmember Gipson stated that he attended the Children's Fishing Derby at <br /> Silver Lake on Saturday sponsored by the Everett Parks Department. <br /> Deb Williams,Council Director,gave a brief report on the activities of the Safe <br /> Kids Coalition at the Children's Museum Fall Festival. <br /> PRESIDENT <br /> Vice President Simpson remarked that he also attended the Monte Cristo <br /> Awards and the Fall Festival"Cider in the City"sponsored by the Children's <br /> Museum. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Solve stated that the application for the Thorsen Reroae has been <br /> withdrawn and the matter Ano longer pending. <br /> He requested an executive session regarding a litigation matter at this time.The <br /> session s expected to last approximately 10 minutes with no anticipated <br /> announcement to follow. <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> The meeting adjourned for as executive session ad reconvened. <br /> 446 <br />
