December 17.2000 <br /> The regular meting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 <br /> a.m..December 13,2000,In the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hell,Vice President Simpson presiding. Upon roll call it was found that <br /> Couccllmembers Alderson.Simpson.Warnock.Gipson,Pope and Overstreet <br /> were present.Mayor Hansen and Councilmember Campbell were excused. <br /> Council Director Deb Williams led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the December 4,2000 City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed.Couneilmember Gipson abstained from the vote. <br /> Vice Ptaiea Simpson mated that there will be a special meeting of the Port <br /> and Everett City Council immediately following the regular Everett City <br /> Council meeting starting at 7:30 p.m.on Wednesday,December 20.2000. <br /> Public comment will be considered. <br /> COUNCIL. <br /> The ccuncilmembers reported on ben anemia=at the National League of <br /> Cities 10 Boston.Massachusetts this past meek. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Seine requested that agenda item 52,approval of Special Property <br /> Use Permit No.00010 authorizing Food Services of America to connote!and <br /> operate a helicopter landing 110100 on their property in SW Everett.be <br /> continued to the January 3,2001 Ciry Council meeting so Out all of Mc <br /> councilmmnbers will be present. <br /> Attorney Soine requested an executive session regarding a real estate matter and <br /> a labor negotiation matter.The session is expected to last approximately 10 <br /> minutes with a possible am0uncmnent to follow. <br /> 571 <br />
