December l3,2000 <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Michele Hoverter,5502 S.2v0,spoke regarding council comments and the <br /> Shoreline Plan. <br /> Bill Belshaw,2111 Rucker,representing citizens of the Bayside and Port <br /> Gardner Neighborhoods,submitted and read a letter concerning the California <br /> Saeet Ovmeroasing. <br /> David Mmeareoas,517 Laurel Drive,questioned whether the agenda for the <br /> joint Port and City Council meeting scheduled for December 20,2000 will be <br /> published and how much time citizens will be given to comment. <br /> City Attorney Some stated that the agenda will be published pursuant to the <br /> statute regarding notice of special meetings,and that he would expect that <br /> dtizeu comments would be limited to three minutes. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS <br /> Moved by Couucilmember Overstreet, seconded by Coutcilmember <br /> Anderson to approve the fallowing consent items: <br /> RESOLUTION-CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No.6985 authorizing payment of claims against the <br /> City of Everett in the amount of 5902,806.51 for the period November 23, <br /> 2000 through December 1,2000. <br /> Roll was called our the consent agenda item with all councilmembers voting yes <br /> except Cwuihnember Campbell who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br />• <br /> 572 <br />
