January 3,2001 <br /> 8.Evidence was provided by an acoastiol engineer that the noise assessment <br /> prepared by Food Services of America does not sufficiently document the <br /> potential impact;and <br /> 9.FSA proposes to Fly the helicopter on a route generally above I-5,above SR- <br /> 526 and north over industrial property to their proposed help.on this site; <br /> and <br /> 10.11 carmot be assured that the helicopter flights will always be able to avoid <br /> flying over residential areas,and therefore,may create undesirable noise <br /> impacts that will be a nuisance to the affected neighborhood;and <br /> 11,The proposed heliport would be within 1,900 f of residential Properties in <br /> Verelan Estates which has approximately 158 homes,and the predominant <br /> helicopter flight path would be even closer to residential uses Since <br /> helicopter flights will likely not always avoid flying over residential <br /> neighborhoods,the proximity to the residential uses would create an <br /> undesirable mise impact;and <br /> 12.Snohomish County Airport,Paine Field,is located approximately four(4l <br /> driving miles from the ESA building.Helicopters may land at Paine Field <br /> Airport;and <br /> 13. <br /> FSA is proposed helipad if a private facility that would benefit a single <br /> private corporation.Southwest Everett in in close proximity to Paine Field, <br /> providing accessaosporodon services for business requiring that <br /> form of raosponafon.The neighborhood,ldisrict and City need in met by <br /> Paine Field Airport;and <br /> Resolution No.4995 in its entirety a fled in the City Clerk's office. <br /> Roll was called with all couuclme.mbers voting yes except Counciimembef <br /> Campbell who voted no and Councilmembef Anderson who was excused. <br /> Motion Carried. <br />
