January l],2001 <br /> Section 1:That the golf course greens fees for Legion Memorial and Walter E. <br /> Hall Golf Courses for the year 2001 shall be as follows: <br /> Resolution No.5000 in its entirety Is filed in the qty Clerk's afire. <br /> Roll was called with all couocilmembers voting yes except Councihuember <br /> Gipson who voted no and Counciimembers Warnock and Campbell who were <br /> excused. <br /> Matto carried. <br /> RESOLUTION-ONE-WAY STREETS <br /> Moved by Couaeilniember Anderson,seconded by Councilmember Simpson <br /> to adopt Resolution Na.5001 initiating public Involvement and development <br /> of an implementation plan for“averting the one-way streets of Hoyt, <br /> Wetmore and California to two-way streets as follows: <br /> WHEREAS,the City has completed a study which determined potential impacts <br /> and community lentis from convening the one-way streets of Hon.Wetmore <br /> and California 00 two-way streets;and <br /> WHEREAS,a City Council workshop concerning the results of the study was <br /> held on January 10,2001;and <br /> WHEREAS,additional information regarding potential impacts and benefits is <br /> needed from residents, businesses, neighborhood groups and business <br /> associations in the vicinity of the oar-way segments of Hoyt,Wetmore and <br /> California and an implementation plan is needed to determine schedule and <br /> project mals. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT that City staff be authorized to initiate public <br /> involvement and to develop an implementation plan for convening the one-way <br /> streets of Hoyt,Wetmore and California to two-way streets. <br />
