Roll was called with all cotmcihoembens voting yes except CounciMenbers Warnock and Pope who were excused. Motion earned. AGREEMENT—WEYERHAEUSER MURALS Moved by Counellmember Campbell,reeooded by Cooncilmember Anderson to authorize the Mayor to sign a professional services agreement with Peter Malarkey far the stabilization,cleaning,restorati000 mounting and documentation of the Weyerhaeuser murals previously donated M the City of Everett for the Everett Station. On March 28,2001 the City Council authorized the Mayor to sigma previous w of this pmfssiooal service$agreement with Peter Malarkey to...bill.. clears restore,moont and document the Weyerhaeuser murals. The present agreement has been revised m reflect subsequent discussions with Mr.Malarkey. Revisions have been made to the professional errors and omissions insurance requirement;minor word changes in Exhibit A(scope of work);and compensation payment schedule changes(Eohihtlf). Roll was called with all 0Owcllmembers voting yes except Councilmembes Warnock and Pope who were excused. Motion carried.
