April 18,2001 4.That the City of Everett Parka and Recreation DepatMent acknowledges that They must support all non-cash commitma0a to the local share should they not materialize. 5.That the City of Everett Parks and Recreation Department aclmowledges that any property acquired or facility developed with Urban Park and Recreation Recovery(UPARD)financial aid must be placed in use as an outdoor recreation facility area. 6.That the City of Everett Peaks and Recreation Department acknowledges that the property be retained in such use in perpetuity,unless otherwise provided and agreed to by City of Everett Parks and Recreation,National Park Service,and any affected State or Federal agency. 05000510 I.That this resolution become a part of the formal application Is National Pads Service,Urban Park and Recreation Recovery(UPARR). 2.That the City of Everett Peak and Recreation Deparhnent provide appropriate opportowty for public comment on this application. 3.That the City Council supports the City's pursuit of grant funding to help build the proposed Wigguma Hollow Park improvement. 4.That Ne City Council supports the partnership efforts made to enhance neighborhood improvements. Roll was called with all cnundkembem voting yes except Ccuneihnembers Warnock and Pope who were excused. Motion carried.
