They will the be evaluated by the Selection Commitke and their <br /> recommendations wi 11 be presented to the Public Facilities District Board. <br /> 4'DDNca <br /> The cotmciimernbers offered thein condolences and prayers to the victims and <br /> families affied by the events in New York City yesterday and encouraged <br /> Americana toremsin strong and united <br /> Councilmenber Gipson requested that in the light of these events,the gen range <br /> and Tri-Dara Study be brought beck to the Public Safety Committee. He <br /> questioned whether the City can,legally or contractually,give money to the Red <br /> Cross or United Way which wood be earmarked to help the people in New York. <br /> 392 <br />
