October 10,2001 <br /> Roll was called with all councilmembers voting yes. <br /> Manan Carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—SEWER MAW REPLACEMENT'D" <br /> Moved by Couadlmember Warnock,seconded by Counellmember Campbell <br /> to authorize the Mayor to'sign a professional services agreement with HDR <br /> Engineering,lac.to deetge.sew combined sewer lives for the Sewer Maio <br /> Replacement"D'project in the amount of$305,516.00. <br /> Councibnember Gipson commented that ped of this construction will take place <br /> around Haw0mme Elementary School and questioned whether additional safety <br /> precautions will be taken.Tom Thetford,Public Woks,stated that it will be <br /> emphasized in the contact. <br /> Mayor Hansen commented that thea is a need to design this project to mini/Mae <br /> the traffic impacts from work which will be done on Maine View Drive <br /> Roll was called with all councihnembers votingyes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.737 <br /> Allen Git'fen,Public Works,stated that today's agenda item No.8,a proposed <br /> ordinance confirming the final assessments for properties included in UD No. <br /> 737,and item No.9,a proposed ordinance repealing Ordinance No.2426-90 <br /> forming LID No.737,were continued from the September 12,2001 City Council <br /> meeting to give City staff time to discuss technical matters regarding the project <br /> with the Department of Transportation.Since those discussions have not been <br /> completed,he requested that these two items be continued to the November 14, <br /> 2001 Council meeting The contractor has agreed to an extension of 45 days on <br /> Ns bid prices. <br />
