LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.737 Allen Git'fen,Public Works,stated that today's agenda item No.8,a proposed ordinance confirming the final assessments for properties included in UD No. 737,and item No.9,a proposed ordinance repealing Ordinance No.2426-90 forming LID No.737,were continued from the September 12,2001 City Council meeting to give City staff time to discuss technical matters regarding the project with the Department of Transportation.Since those discussions have not been completed,he requested that these two items be continued to the November 14, 2001 Council meeting The contractor has agreed to an extension of 45 days on Ns bid prices.
