November 28,2001 <br /> Attorney Soine asked for the City Council's authorization regarding film footage <br /> usage by CBS.He indicated that councilmembers had received a memo regarding <br /> this matter and indemnification earlier in the week. <br /> Moved by Councilmember Pope,seconded by Counc2member Overstreet to <br /> authorize the Mayor or his designee to execute a license agreement with CBS <br /> News to use Elm footage photographed by City of Everett personnel in <br /> connection with a program that CBS News is producing. <br /> Roll was called with all councikrembers voting yes except Couecimemboo <br /> Warnock who was excusal. <br /> Motion carried <br /> Cmmtilmember Warnock returned tothe council chambers <br /> Councilmember Gipson stated that he 000Wd not be attending Monday's City <br /> Council meeting as he would be on his way to the NLC conference. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA REM <br /> Moved by Councilmember Gipson,seconded by Councilmember Pape to <br /> approve the following consent item: <br /> RESOLUTION-CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No.5128 acknowledging the payment of audited and <br /> approved claims against the City of Everett in the amount of 82,510,752.90 <br /> for the period November 10,2001 through November Id,2001. <br /> Roll was called on the consent agenda item with all councilmembers voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 513 <br />
