I <br /> April 3,2002 <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED <br /> Moved by Council Member Pope,seconded by Council Member <br /> • <br /> Natio.to authorize the Mayor to sign Order No.2 to the <br /> Everett Station Tenant Improvement Construction contract with <br /> Schuchart Corporation in the amount of§81,288.79 fora variety of <br /> work additions and work changes related to the NSIS Consortium <br /> requirements. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion canted. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING-ANNUAL UPDATE/COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br /> President Anderson questioned whether any council member knows of a <br /> conflict of interest that he may have with either the proposed <br /> Comprehensive Plan map amendments or resolutions for the Housing <br /> Hope,Fire Station No.5,or Wiggums Hollow Park Comprehensive Plan <br /> and Rezone hearings.There was no response. <br /> President Anderson questioned whether any member of the public has <br /> ny objection to his partldpation,or any council members participation in <br /> the proposed land use map amendments and resolutions.There was no <br /> response. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—HOUSING HOPE PROPERTY <br /> President Anderson opened a public hearing regarding Council Bill No. <br /> 02-033-11,a proposed onlinance amending the Comprehensive Plan Map <br /> Designation bra potion of the Housing Hope property located at 5830 <br /> Evergreen Way from 1.3(single family,10-12 units per acre)to 4.4(mixed <br /> use commercial-multi(amity),and a proposed resolution approving the <br /> rezone of the Housing Hope property from R-2 to B-2 and authorizing the <br /> Mayor to execute a development agreement. <br />• <br /> 101 <br />
