July 3.2002 <br /> Municipal Achievement Award on behalf of the City of Everett for the <br /> Heart Saver School Program.He then presented the award to Fire Chief <br /> Gordon and Deputy Fire Chief Robinson. <br /> Council Member Overstreet reported on several side trips in conjunction <br /> with the special events center while traveling to the All America Cities <br /> conference. He also reported that he attested the National League of <br /> Cities Advisory Council where they talked about next year's NLC focus, <br /> "Quality Early Childhoods'. <br /> PRESIDENT <br /> President Halloo expressed support to Mayor Anderson and reported that <br /> he attended the National League of Cites Leadership Training <br /> Conference. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to approve the following consent agenda Items: <br /> RESOLUTION-CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No.5214 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br /> $2,662,126.78 for the period June 15,2002 through June 21,2002. <br /> RESOLUTION-PAYROLL <br /> To adopt Resolution No.5215 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount <br /> of$2,590,248.30 for the period ending June 15,2002. <br />
