July 3,2002 <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.02-06-33 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Code Regulations for <br /> changing electronic message signs,establishing interim <br /> regulations and amending Ordinance No. 1671-89, as <br /> amended,(Title 19 EMC) <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council <br /> Bill No.02-06-33. <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Campbell to amend the proposed ordinance allowing the signage up <br /> to 75%of the maximum total allowaNe sign area or 100 square feet. <br /> Roll was called on the amendment to the main in"lion with all council <br /> members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Moved by Council Member Over&treet,seconded by Council Member <br /> Campbell to substitute a motion amending the proposed ordinance <br /> that would include all the revisions Included In tie revised ordinance <br /> Impelled by staff including contraction to the Mayor's name. <br /> The City Clerk was directed to call the roll for the final disposition of the <br /> ordinance as amended. <br /> AYES: Olson,Flattoe,Gipson,Campbell,Pope,Overstreet <br /> NAYS: None <br /> Ordinance No.2816-02 adopted. <br /> 208 <br />
