August 7,2002 <br /> Roll was called on the amendment with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Pope to amend the proposed ordinance,adding a Section E as <br /> follows:Sale of beer and wine by authorized concessionaires shall <br /> be permitted upon execution of a modification of the contract <br /> between:ne City and such concessionaires,increasing the City's <br /> percentage share of revenues from beverage cart alcohol sales from <br /> 35 percent(35%)to 45 percent(45%). <br /> Moved by Council Member Overstreet to modify the amendment to strike <br /> 'beverage cart alcohol sales: <br /> Motion felled for lack of second. <br /> Roll was called on the amendment with all council members voting yes <br /> except Council Member Overstreet who voted no. <br /> Motion caroled. <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Pope to amend the proposed ordinance,adding a Section F as <br /> follows:On or before September t,2003,the Parks Department shall <br /> provide the City Council with a report concerning the effect of beer <br /> and wine sales by beverage cart operators on the operations of City- <br /> owned golf courses. <br /> Roll was called on the amendment with all council members voting yes <br /> except Council Member Gipson who voted no. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> 205 <br />
