I <br /> September 25,2002 <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.02 09 67 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE of the City of Everett,Washington repealing <br /> Ordinance No.2426-99,which formed Local Improvement <br /> District No.737 for the standard street improvements on <br /> Evergreen Way from 112x"Street SW to Airport Road. <br /> Moved by Council Member Pope,seconded by Council Member Olson <br /> that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No.02- <br /> 09-67 and the City Clerk Is directed to call the roll for the final disposition <br /> of the ordinance. <br /> AYES: Olson,Gipson,Campbell,Pope,Overstreet <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: Krell,Hatloe <br /> Ordinance No.2650-02 adopted. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—ALLEY VACATION <br /> Vice President Campbell opened a pudic hearing regarding the proposed <br /> vacation of the alley in Block 623,Plat of Everett,located west of Hoyt <br /> Avenue,east of Rucker Avenue,south of Everett Avenue and north of <br /> California Street(Everett Library/Elks vacation petition).He stated that It <br /> is necessary to continue the public hearing. <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Pope to continue thepublic hearing to October 30,2002. <br /> Vice President Campbell asked if any one wished to speak on this item. <br /> No one responded. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Krell and Hatloe. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 326 <br />
