January 22,2003 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> President Hatlce who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—MORROW HOUSE TENANT IMPROVEMENTS <br /> Vice President Campbell opened a public hearing regarding Council B01 <br /> No.02-12-93,a proposed ordinance creating a special improvement <br /> project entitled-Morrow House Tenant Improvements. <br /> Vice President Campbell invited public comment. There was no <br /> response. <br /> Moved by Council Member Krell,seconded by Council Member Pope <br /> to close the public hearing. yy <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> President Hatloe who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.02-12-93 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special Improvement project <br /> entitled"Morrow House Tenant Improvements,"Fund 354, <br /> Program 020,to accumulate all costs for the Improvement <br /> project. <br /> Moved by Council Member Pope, seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council <br /> Bill No.02-12-93 and the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for the final <br /> disposition of the ordinance. <br /> 20 <br />
