March 14,2003 <br /> Brenda Stonecipher,612 Maulsby Lane,spoke in opposition to the SBX <br /> Project and how it will negatively affect the economic vitality of this area <br /> forthe mare. <br /> David Mascarenas,517 Laurel Drive,brought forth concerns,.,yarding the <br /> 41.Street Overcrossing Project and the Kimberly-Clerk Outfall Protect. <br /> He requested renegotiation of the SEPA document vie public process. <br /> Larry Crawford replied that the city staff would need to gather the fads <br /> and address them with Mr.Mascarenas. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS <br /> Moved by Council Member Overstreet,seconded by Council Member <br /> Krell to approve the following consent agenda Items: <br /> RESOLUTION-CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No.5310 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the City of Everett In the amount of <br /> $2,398,040.61 for the period February 22,2003 through February 28, <br /> 2003. <br /> RESOLUTION-PAYROLL <br /> To adopt Resolution No.5311 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount <br /> of 52,635,906.69 for the period ending February 22,2003. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Hatlae who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 64 <br />
