March 19,2003 <br /> Kathy Eaton to Position No.0,Animal Shelter Advisory Board, <br /> for the remainder of a six-year term,ending December 31,2005 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br />• <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mayor Anderson stated that Council Member Krell and city staff met with <br /> Rinker Materials today in response to neighborhood concerns regarding <br /> imcic traffic on Madison.He remarked that the City is reviewing the issues <br /> in a comprehensive manner so as not to impact other neighborhoods.He <br /> stated that Rinker has agreed to dean the sidewalks along Madison,pave <br /> the driveway on the south side of the facility and direct aggregate trucks <br /> to remain on 1-5 and Highway 528. <br /> Mayor Anderson announced that two listening forums have been • <br /> scheduled regarding the SBX issue.They will be held at the Snohomish <br /> County Public Utilities District auditorium on April 5,2003,1:00 p.m.to <br /> 2:30 p.m.and 3:00 p.m.to 4:30 p.m. <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Campbell,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to authorize the Mayor to sign a rental agreement with the <br /> Snohomish County Public Utilities District No.1 for the use of their <br /> auditorium for the SBX public forums. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br />• <br /> 72 <br />
