As part of the public process <br /> presentations were made to the Council of Neighborhoods, the <br /> Transportation Advisory Committee and a public hearing before the <br /> Planning Commission.Changes were made be the TIP as a result of the <br /> public process.He requested that city council approve this resolution. <br /> .resident Halloo requested public comment No one responded. <br /> Moved by Council Member Campbell,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to close the public hearing. <br /> 199 <br />
