Mr. <br /> Warnock does not believe Finishing Edge has met the specifications and <br /> their bid should be rejected. <br /> Mr.Wasson,Finishing Edge,indicated he was available to answer any <br /> questions. <br /> Peter Camp pointed out to the City Council that there is no state law or <br /> se decisions specifically on this topic.
