October29.2003 <br /> CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to approve the following consent agenda Items: <br /> RESOLUTION-CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No.5397 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br /> 5990,888.11 for the period October 11,2003 through October 17, <br /> 2003. <br /> JOB COMPLETE-2003 ASPHALT CONCRETE OVERLAY <br /> To accept the 2003 Asphalt Concrete Overlay project as complete <br /> and authorize the Mayor to sign a certificate of completion which will <br /> begin the 60day retention period prior to the release of retainage in <br /> the amount of$1,847.54 to the general contractor,Rinker Materials. <br /> PURCHASE <br /> To approve the purchase of a John Deere model 544H wheel loader <br /> from King County bid no.IT11785-AAB awarded to Papa Machinery. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> BID REJECTED-MAINTENANCE/STANDARDIZED SECURITY <br /> MANAGEMENT SYSTEM <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Krell to reject all bids for the maintenance portion of the <br /> Standardized Security Management System project. <br />
