November 12,2003 <br /> Mayor Anderson asked for the City Council's commence regarding the <br /> appointment of Mark Olson to the Public Facilities District Board. <br /> Moved by Council Member Campbell,seconded by Council Member <br /> Krell concurring with the appointment of Mark Olson to the Public <br /> Facilities Board for the remainder of the term of Allan Darr and a <br /> founyaar term beginning January 1,2004 and ending December 31, <br /> 2007. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member <br /> Memb Olson who abstained from the vote. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> President Ha0oe expressed personal gratitude and thanks to Mayor <br /> Anderson for his leadership as Mayor and service as a council member. <br /> He also acknowledged Mayor Anderson's accomplishments. <br /> The city council members also voiced appreciation and thanks to Mayor <br /> Anderson. <br /> Council Member Olson thanked the Chamber of Commerce,Mayor <br /> Anderson and the city council for his appointment to the PFD Board. <br /> Council Member Olson stated that additional night city council meetings <br /> have been discussed at various times. <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member Krell <br /> to adopt on a three-month trial basis an additional night city council <br /> meeting on the first Wednesday of each month beginning in <br /> December.He directed staff to track the level of citizen participation <br /> and the costs involved in having staff In attendance after hours and <br /> at the end of the three month trial period that there be an evaluation. <br /> 384 <br />
