January 28,2004 <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Overstreet stated that the Association of Washington <br /> Cities is having a session in Olympia this afternoon and tomorrow. He <br /> requested a show of hands from those council members who will be <br /> attending. <br /> Council Member Olson requested that the City Council be briefed on the <br /> agreements with the Boeing Company in respect to the 7E7 project. <br /> Council Member Campbell stated that he will be attending the AWC <br /> session In Olympia today to meet with legislators. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney lies requested an executive session regarding two litigation <br /> matters. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Rob Davis,2230 Lombard,expressed concern regaiding ongoing issues <br /> with the Everett Police Department and Code Compliance.He stated that <br /> his wife is in a wheel chair and requested help from the City Council or <br /> City staff to have the parking ordinance changed so that he can park in his <br /> driveway. <br /> Rich Anderson,1010 Colby,stated that he was disappointed in the City <br /> Council's decision not to reappoint Ed Hansen to the PFD Board. He <br /> thanked Council Member Overstreet for his motion and Mayor <br /> Stephenson for bringing forth a qualified candidate. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Campbell to approve the following consent agenda items: <br /> 26 <br />
