April 14.2004 <br /> REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS—MANAGEMENT , <br /> SERVICESIEVERPARK GARAGE <br /> To authorize a request for proposals for management services at the <br /> Everpark Garage. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.0403-14 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving the appropriations of the 2004 <br /> revised City of Everett budget and amending Ordinance No. <br /> 2739-03 <br /> Moved by Council Member Krell, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher that this is declared to be the third and final reading of <br /> Council Bill No.0403-14. <br /> Mayor Stephenson gave a brief statement regarding the proposed budget <br /> amendments. <br /> The council members were each given an opportunity to make a <br /> statement or ask questions regarding the proposed ordinance. <br /> Richard Anderson,1010 Colby;Gary Meisner,1906 Colby 06;and Buzz <br /> Rodland,510 Alverson Boulevard,and Bob Cramer,2616 Baker,spoke in <br /> support of adopting the proposed ordinance.They applauded the Mayors <br /> efforts to balance the budget. <br /> Judy Tuohy,Arts Council of Snohomish County,1507 Wall,commended <br /> the Parks Department for preserving the adult education classes through <br /> the budget cuts. <br /> 121 <br />
