They expressed <br /> concern regarding employee layoffs,service cuts,and elimination of the <br /> SI arks Swim Team. <br /> The City Council meeting recessed to change the videotape and <br /> reconvened. <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Courted Member <br /> Gipson to amend the motion to separate the revenue and expense <br /> adjustments for vote. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Krell,HMI,Campbell,Stonecipher,and Overstreet who voted <br /> Motion failed. <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,s onded by Council Member <br /> Gipson to fully restore the funding for parks maintenance which was <br /> cutin the proposed budget. <br /> Roll was called with all council members who voted yes except Council <br /> Members Krell,Hatice,Campbell,Stonecipher,and Overstreet who voted <br /> Motion failed. <br /> 122 <br />
