July 28,2004 <br /> Don Hopkins,2525 Panaview Boulevard,and Lany Sophie,2417 Lark <br /> Drive,spoke in opposition to the proposal. They expressed concern ; <br /> regarding the lack of trenspodedon services to the area,the dangers <br /> Involved with an averorossing and raised walkway which Is the only way In <br /> and out of the neighborhood,end the lack of supervision proposed for the <br /> tenants. <br /> The City Council meeting recessed to change the videotape and <br /> reconvened. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Overstreet and Stonecipher who voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—MAINTENANCE BUILDING DESIGN AND <br /> CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member Krell <br /> to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.7 to the agreement <br /> with Brown and Caldwell for Maintenance Building Design and <br /> Construction Management Services at the Everett Water Pollution <br /> Control Facility In the amount of 518,283.00 for additional structural <br /> and architectural support services. <br /> Roll was called vdth all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—EVERGREEN WAY IMPROVEMENTS 41 en <br /> STREET TO 47ie STREET <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No.2 to the <br /> 244 <br />
