• <br /> September 8,20041, <br /> PUBLIC HEARING-COUNCIL BILL NO.0408-42 <br /> President Hatloe opened a public hearing regarding Council Bill No.0408- <br /> 42 amending the City of Everett Zoning Map,as adopted by Ordinance <br /> No.1671-89,as amended,by rezoning a property generally located south <br /> of Southwest Everett Mall Way and east of 4.Avenue West from C-1 <br /> General Commercial with contract to C-1 General Commercial(eliminating <br /> the existing contract). <br /> Gerry Ervine,Planning Staff,stated that the rezone request Is to negate a <br /> rezone contract that was adopted in 1984. Frontier Bank has since <br /> occupied the property and has expansion plans that would be Inconsistent <br /> with the original contract. <br /> Moved by Council Member Krell,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to close the public hearing <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Nielsen who was excused. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.0400-42 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the City of Everett Zoning Map,as <br /> adopted by Ordinance No.1671-89,as amended,by rezoning a <br /> property generally located south of Southwest Everett Mall <br /> Way and east of 4'a Avenue West from C.1 General <br /> Commercial with contract to C-1 General Commercial <br /> (eliminating the existing contract) <br /> 294 <br />
