• <br /> October 13,2004 <br /> CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT SIGNAL TIMING <br /> Michael Stringham,Parteet,Inc.,gave a presentation regarding a study <br /> and work that is being done on traffic signal timing in the central business <br /> district. <br /> Dave Davis,Public Worts,summarized by saying the main traffic routes <br /> are Broadway,Pacific Avenue,Everett Avenue and Rucker Avenue.The <br /> interior streets are set up for pedestrians and circulation. <br /> Dale Moses,Snohomish County,expressed that they are glad to see the <br /> changes. <br /> Louise Stanton-Maslen,Chamber of Commerce,stated that the trouble <br /> spots identified have been addressed.She commended the city and the <br /> consultant. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> President Hatoe introduced Louise Stanton-Masten, Everett Area <br /> Chamber of Commerce,who invited everyone to attend the Everett Area <br /> Business Expo to be held at the Everett Events Center Conference Center <br /> on October 20,2004. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> Jim Iles,City Attorney,requested an executive session regarding one <br /> litigation issue and one personnel issue with no announcements. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENT <br /> Gordy Lindstrom,8925 W.Mall Drive,brought forth a concern about <br /> addressing adverse secondary Impacts of adult video stores and the <br /> public process relating to this issue. <br /> • <br /> 323 <br />
