October 13,2004 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Overstreet who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AMENDMENT—EFFLUENT TRANSFER <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.1 to the <br /> professional services agreement with Pretreat,Inc.for construction <br /> management services adding additional time for the Effluent <br /> Transfer project at no additional cost to the City of Everett. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Overstreet who was excused. <br /> Motion tamed <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.0409-44 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE relating to the Everett Fire Department's <br /> transporting sick or injured persons;imposing a medical <br /> service response fee to recover actual or billed costs <br /> associated with such transport;establishing criteria and <br /> procedures for billing and member status for Everett <br /> residents, business owners and their employees, and <br /> amending Ordinance No. 2308.98 (Chapter 5.72 Everett <br /> Municipal Code)by adding new sections and amending <br /> Section 1 <br /> Moved by Council Member Krell,seconded by Council Member Olson that <br /> this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No.0409-44 <br /> 325 <br />
