I <br /> March 16,2005 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher,seconded by Council <br /> Member Olson to amend the motion stating that final development <br /> dates must be submitted for each phase of development on or before <br /> the following dates:Phase 2A and 20,December 31,2006;Phase 3, <br /> January 1,2008;and Phase 4,January 12,2012. If the plans for <br /> development of the hospital are not submitted to the City of Everett <br /> Panning and Community Development Department for review within <br /> each of the proposed phases,the City Council shall reconsider the <br /> land use designation change of Block 248 to determine whether the <br /> designation is still appropriate in light of possible changes to the <br /> long term plans of Providence Everett Medical Center. <br /> Roll was relied on the amendment with all council members voting yes <br /> except Council Member Gipson who voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher,c onded by Council <br /> Member Olson to amend the motion stating that the Improvements to <br />• <br /> 141u Street shall be done at the same time as the 1t Street <br /> Improvements. <br /> Roll was called on the amendment with all council members voting yes <br /> except Council Member Gipson who voted no. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> 70 <br />
